Melanie was born in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona and raised in Phoenix. As a child, she fell in love with Arizona’s rugged beauty while on many camping trips with her family.  Melanie earned her degree in Interpersonal Communication from Arizona State University.  Melanie & Steve have been married for 30 years.  Together they fostered and adopted their only two children. Foster care is near and dear to Melanie’s heart.  Bringing awareness to and raising funds for foster care is a focus of her personal and professional lives. In her free time, she loves to bake, travel, enjoy family time at their cabin in Pinetop AZ and spend time with her Golden Retrievers, Luke & Molly.

Kristen Carter is an Arizona transplant, having moved to Gilbert AZ in 2010 from the Central Valley of California. As an agent, her favorite part of working with clients is relieving the stress that often accompanies buying and selling, making it a fun experience through communication and hands-on guidance. She knows what it's like to make the move to a new state and enjoys helping buyers do the same. Often compared to the Energizer Bunny, her excitement for helping clients is contagious.  She married her high school sweetheart Richard in 2004.  Together they have three amazing, energetic children, three Australian Shepherds and a Daniff. As a family, they enjoy traveling, being outdoors and attending museums and festivals. You'll also see them participating and volunteering with community events.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jessica is passionate about real estate and has a genuine interest for serving others. She has held multiple roles on top teams such as Transaction Manager, Operations Manager and Director of Operations. With Jessica onboard, the team is able to provide the highest level of service and expertise to clients!

 Outside of work, you will find Jessica watching her daughter compete in gymnastics and competing in Crossfit competitions with her husband.  She also enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and watching movies with her family.

EILEEN KENAH

A New Jersey native, Eileen moved to Queen Creek from the western suburbs of Chicago with her husband Don and their son Brian, seeking better services for Brian, who is developmentally disabled. Their two older children, Gerry and Katie, live in Los Angeles, but the family loves reuniting whenever possible.
Eileen’s passion for real estate began after a successful career in public accounting and corporate management. She loves helping buyers and sellers make big transitions, whether cross-country moves like her own or simply finding the right home. With over 25 years of diverse business experience and over 20 years in real estate, Eileen's favorite part of her job is taking the stress out of the process of buying and selling a home. Known for her problem-solving skills, Eileen approaches every challenge with patience, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to understand her clients' needs. Eileen’s goal is to make every client feel like they are her only client.
Outside of real estate, Eileen enjoys golf, crossword puzzles, reading, and sharing good meals with friends and family. She loves being part of the Fostering Relationships team and looks forward to making a positive difference for her Arizona and Illinois clients.
